New ID cards

This year, everyone age 12 and older will need a new OLRA ID card. We have updated pool gate to a key card system (similar to a hotel key card) as well as the side door to allow 24/hr access to our workout area through the side door.

In order to have a new ID card made, you will either need to have your picture taken at the office, or email one to us at oakslanding1@gmail.com. If you need to have a card made after 4pm M-F please send the photo to olraofficestaff@gmail.com.

You will also have to have filled out the 2026 Homeowners Info Form. This form was sent as a QR code on the back of your assessment, or you can also find it here: 2026 HOMEOWNERS INFO FORM

Please note, after you fill out the electronic form, it takes up to 15 minutes for the information to show up in our system, so please do this before you come to the clubhouse to have your new ID card made.

2026 Assessments

2026 OLRA assessments are being mailed out. They are due March 1st, 2026. You can mail or drop off your check to our office, or pay online using this link. Please turn in the green invoice with your check.

This year, the Homeowner Information Form must be filled out online. You can find that form HERE.

If you need help filling out the form online, someone at the office would be happy to help you.

Proposed Amendments

The OLRA board is proposing three new amendments. You can find more information on these amendments in THIS VIDEO or in our newsletter. A ballot will be included in your assessment envelope. Please bring this ballot back to the clubhouse to be counted.

  • Prop A = Amendment to fix an issue in the past with empty seats on our board. The HOA board with the empty seat on our board would have 30 days to fill that seat, then the opportunity goes to the other board.
  • Prop B (only passes if A passes) = adds a 90 minimum term to the substitute board member.
  • Prop C = If someone from the neighborhood damages clubhouse property, Prop C would allow us to place a special assessment on their property to collect compensation for damages.

Join the OLRA Board
